• Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original Dhanshi packaging.
• Returns take 10–15 days to be processed once received, followed by a review cycle.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
• Exchanges for defective items require clear pictures of the defect.
• Approved returns must be sent back within 7 working days of approval.
• Please include the delivery packing slip / invoice with your return.

Warranty is available only for Gold polish jewellery, for repolishing.

No warranty is provided for: (1) breakage due to mishandling, (2) damage due to exposure to water.
