- Returns take 10–15 days to be processed once received, followed by a review cycle.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Exchanges for defective items require clear pictures of the defect.
- Approved returns must be sent back within 7 working days of approval.

Warranty is available only for Gold polish jewellery, for repolishing.
No warranty is provided for: (1) breakage due to mishandling, (2) damage due to exposure to water.
